On Tuesday we did the complete window cleaning at St. James’s Square in Bath, where we clean all external and internal windows at one of the households. We clean several properties in the street once a month, but only externally. The internal window clean needs to be booked in advance as it takes much longer.
The building is made from the local golden -coloured Bath stone and has a lot of high sash windows with thin glass. That means we always must take a good care, while washing them. When we finished cleaning outside of both sides front and back, we let it dry off. There shouldn’t be any mark or stain left as we use the pure water. The inside obviously took much longer, because we used the applicator, squeegee, the scrim and a ladder. We took our time, not to rush ourselves, cleaned each little square of windows and finally wiped the frame off with the scrim to avoid any streaks inside.
As soon as the sun shines through, you can see what difference the clean made.
